Foxwood Farms is a full service Event and Dressage boarding and training barn located near Montgomery in Pike Road, Alabama. Foxwood Farms was established by veteran advanced level event rider, Susan Wainwright, in 1982 and has a sterling reputation for turning out accomplished horses and horseman. Susan has successfully competed through Advanced 3 Star level eventing and has won in the dressage world through Prix St. Georges. We invite you to visit us and experience a professionally run barn with a friendly atmosphere. We offer a safe, high quality environment for boarding with top notch equine care, excellent horse training and extraordinary lessons. Foxwood Farms features an open, rolling forty acre pasture with a permanent 20x60 meter dressage ring with crushed bluestone footing. A 100x200' jump ring with a large variety of fences, and the cross country course features jumps from Beginner level to Training/Preliminary level. This beautiful course includes a bank complex, water jump, ditches, a mound, roll-tops and more...everything you need to prepare your horse for the competition season. We also host a variety of shows and clinics throughout the year. Susan and her students successfully compete at USEA Recognized Events, USDF Recognized Dressage Shows and schooling shows across the southeast.
